What we do

Land development

Land developed by people who also build the homes.

New Residential Development specializes in land development for single-family homes. We acquire, entitle, and engineer the ground that becomes vibrant, sustainable communities designed for modern living.

As the land-development arm of a vertically integrated family of Indiana housing companies, we plan communities with the builder's perspective built in. Decades of homebuilding experience inform every plat, so the neighborhoods we develop are designed to grow, absorb, and last.
